Medications, allergies, and vet contacts stay with each cat’s profile, and access instructions and emergency contacts with each home, kept current by pet parents.
One conversation per household
Questions and replies stay in one shared conversation with each pet parent, so the answer about the new food is still there next month.

Yes. Offerings carry your own prices and durations, and you choose whether each one is charged per pet or per booking, so a two-cat drop-in can be priced either way.
Do pet parents see each visit’s notes?
Yes. Visit notes and photos appear in SitSpeak for the pet parent, and they get an email summary after the visit.
Can I take card payments without a fee?
Yes. SitSpeak adds no transaction fee of its own. Pet parents pay by card through Stripe, whose standard processing fees still apply, or you record a payment made another way.
